All the images featured in the galleries are copyrighted to  www.photogs-wings.com and www.photogswings.com. Distributing my images... Printing or distributing any of my images is strictly forbidden.  Any one found copying my images to another website, making unauthorized prints, or distributing my images without my permission will be contacted by an attorney who specializes in such matters.  I own the images, the original source files, slides and negatives and therefore I control the distribution of the images, as such I will enforce my rights as the owner and the photographer.   Why are photographers so strict about about their copyrights? Copyright infringements are a type of theft, and are a very personal issue to many photographers.  Consider your own feelings when someone takes credit for your work, or steals something from you.  Photographers spend a great deal of time and money creating the images.  Cameras, Equipment, and Software are not cheap and the time spent in post processing images from a shoot can vary from minutes to several hours.  So in a way when you steal, or copy an image you are taking both money out of the photographer's wallet and stealing his or her credit.  Can I buy one of your images? Unfortunately there are multiple copyright, and contractual issues in involved that prevent me from selling most of my images. Can I copy an image to my computer for use as a wallpaper or screen saver? Personally I have no objections to this.  However if you do, I would ask that you do not alter or in any way remove my copyright from the image.
